REFUND POLICY

We aim to be transparent about our policies so our customers understand how refunds are handled before completing a purchase.

Refunds are available for our physical product, the Wedding Bliss Planner Book, only when a returned item meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy and is approved after inspection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Wedding Bliss Planner does not offer refunds for digital products. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for physical items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or items returned outside the approved return timeframe. Refunds may also be denied for items returned without prior authorization.
