RETURN POLICY

We strive to ensure that our customers clearly understand our policies before making a purchase and that expectations are set appropriately regarding returns.

Wedding Bliss Planner accepts returns for our physical product, the Wedding Planner Book, under specific conditions. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the book must be returned in unused, unmarked, and original condition, including all original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items will be carefully inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility under this policy.

Wedding Bliss Planner does not accept returns for any digital products. Due to the nature of digital content and instant access upon purchase, all digital products are considered final and are not eligible for return once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Returns will not be accepted for physical items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or that are returned outside the stated return timeframe. Any items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.
